Our booking partner Enquiries and bookings for Château Vermont are managed on our behalf by our events partner, 3D Events. When you submit an enquiry, your details are shared with 3D Events so their team can respond, discuss your requirements and manage your booking. 3D Events handle your information under their own privacy practices.
Information we collect When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if given), and the details of your enquiry. To protect the form from spam we also collect limited technical information, including your IP address, via Google reCAPTCHA.
How we use it We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage your event or booking, and keep records. Our lawful bases are your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the venue.
Who we share it with We share your information with: 3D Events, our booking partner; trusted providers who help run our website and email; and Google, via reCAPTCHA. We disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services Our site uses Google reCAPTCHA (subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms) and a third-party video host (Bunny.net) which may log technical data such as your IP address when a video loads.
How long we keep it We keep your information only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and booking and to meet our record-keeping obligations. [Confirm a retention period, e.g. enquiries kept for 24 months.]
